Connecting Inntopia to YieldPlanet
Steps to follow:
Please contact your local Market Manager at Inntopia in order to switch your account to YieldPlanet connection.
Retrieving Inntopia rooms in YieldPlanet
There is no possibility to download rooms from Inntopia, therefore you have to add them manually. Also, you have to set the proper Cross Reference codes in Inntopia extranet and connect every of rooms to YieldPlanet as well.
Steps to follow to set the Cross Reference in Inntopia:
1. Login to your Inntopia account.2. Go to the Products menu.3. Find the room you would like to connect and from the second dropdown chose Cross References:

5. In the pop up you have to chose Yield Planet Interface from Remote System dropdown, define the room ID in Cross Reference Code textbox and press Add button. On the screen shot this has been done already. You have to follow this procedure for all your room types.
When all rooms are connected and have their Cross Reference codes, you should go to YieldPlanet Partners section and add them manually. Cross Reference code is the room ID.
Retrieving Inntopia rate plans in YieldPlanet
There is no possibility to download rate plans from Inntopia, therefore you have to add them manually.
Rate plan should have always the same ID, which is RACK. You can define extra adult price after rate plan ID, e.g. RACK,100 means the extra adult price is 100.
