Connecting Travco to YieldPlanet

- Child rates can be delivered from the channel manager by adding ,ch=x to the room type. For example, roomID,ch=45,95 meanst the child supplement is 45,95 (fractions are marked by comma).
- Adding ,F after roomID will result in setting free sale option in Travco (always 999 rooms on offer).
- The most interesting extension is an option to set combined allotment for all room types – in order to do so please add manually new room type with its ID "ALL" and mark s.

You can define release days by adding release value after rate plan ID, e.g. ratePlanID,2 means we will send 2release days to Travco. If it's not set, the default value is 0.
