Reservation Analytics and Channel Production
The Reservation Analytics module tracks reservations downloaded to the system.
- Production Analysis: Users can view reservation summaries categorized by booking channel or specific rate plans.
- Pick-up Analytics: This feature compares daily sales against the previous year's output. It identifies whether production has increased or decreased relative to historical performance.
Occupancy and Growth Reporting
The Occupancy Report monitors room occupancy trends and booking velocity.
- Occupancy Growth: Tracks the increase in reservation numbers for selected dates.
- Source Attribution: Aggregates the total number of reservations originating from different distribution sources.
Revenue Tracking: Provides financial data based on reservations secured for specific date ranges.
Reservation Summary Statistics
The Reservation Summary provides high-level statistics for all bookings processed by the Channel Manager. Users can generate these statistics by inputting specific date ranges to analyze performance over custom periods.
Chronological Reservation List
The Reservation List organizes all bookings starting within a selected timeframe.
- Sorting Logic: Reservations are displayed in chronological order based on the booking date.
- Recent Activity: The most recent bookings appear at the top, while reservations made furthest in advance are located at the bottom.
Revenue and Volume Metrics
