The Messages section serves as the primary repository for all official system communications sent by the YieldPlanet team. This centralized hub ensures that users stay informed about critical operational updates and platform changes.
Notification Categories
The Messages section aggregates several types of essential operational information:
- New Features: Announcements regarding platform updates and tool enhancements.
- Planned Maintenance: Schedules for upcoming system downtime or technical upgrades.
- OTA Outages: Real-time alerts concerning connectivity issues with Online Travel Agencies.
Operational Information: General updates regarding channel management and system performance.
Accessing Notifications and Unread Messages
Users can track and access their communications via the following interface elements:
Unread Count: The number of unread messages is displayed as a numerical badge next to the envelope icon.
- UI Location: The envelope icon is situated in the upper right corner of the YieldPlanet channel manager panel.
- Navigation: Clicking the envelope icon redirects the user directly to the full Messages section.
