Overview: Pool Inventory Panel
The Pool Inventory panel is the central interface for managing room pricing, allotments, and restrictions. It allows users to control data for all room types and parent rate plans.
- Visibility: By default, child rate plans are hidden.
Customization: Users can request the activation of all product combinations to see child rate plans within this view.
Searching and Filtering Inventory
Use the filtering panel to define the scope of data displayed in the 14-day calendar view.
Available Filters
- Period: Define the specific date range for display.
- Group by: Set the hierarchical order of displayed information.
- Show: Select specific parameters (e.g., price, allotment, restrictions) to appear in the calendar.
- Partner (OTA): Filter the calendar for a specific Online Travel Agency (OTA) when applying partner-specific rates or restrictions.
Navigation
- Default View: The calendar displays 14 days of data.
- Pagination: Use the directional arrows next to the date range to move to the next or previous 14-day period.
Bulk Update Features (Additional Pricelist Features)
To maintain consistency across room types and rate plans, use the following synchronization functions located below the price list. These should be verified before saving changes.

| Save Allotment (All Rate Plans) | Syncs the same allotment value across all remaining rate plans for that room. |
| Insert MLOS (All Rooms) | Applies the same Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS) to all room types. |
| Save Sell/StopSell | Syncs Sell or StopSell status across all remaining rate plans for that room. |
| Save CTA/CTD | Syncs "Closed to Arrival" (CTA) or "Closed to Departure" (CTD) values across all rate plans. |
| Insert MaxLOS (All Rooms) | Applies the same Maximum Length of Stay (MaxLOS) to all room types. |
| Release Days (All Rooms) | Syncs the "Release Days" value across all room types. |
Key Technical Terms
- Parent Rate Plan: The primary rate configuration used to derive pricing for child plans.
- MLOS (Minimum Length of Stay): A restriction requiring a minimum number of nights for a booking.
- MaxLOS (Maximum Length of Stay): A restriction limiting the maximum number of nights for a booking.
- CTA / CTD: "Closed to Arrival" (no check-ins allowed) and "Closed to Departure" (no check-outs allowed).
- Allotment: The number of rooms available for sale.
