This article outlines the visual indicators, filtering methods, and status notifications within the Room Availability management section.
Room Availability Status Indicators
The Room Availability table uses color-coding and checkboxes to indicate sales status. This section does not display specific allotment values but confirms if a date is open for sale.
- Available Dates (Open): Represented by white fields with a selected checkbox. These dates are open for booking.
- Closed Dates (Unavailable): Represented by red fields with a deselected checkbox. The room is unavailable across all rate plans for these dates.
Missing Price Data: Represented by yellow fields. This indicates that no prices have been assigned to the selected room type for these specific dates.

Filtering the Availability Table
Users can narrow the dataset to view specific information.
- Navigate to the filter section located above the table.
- Select criteria: Dates, Room Categories, or Partners.
Click the Show button to refresh the table results.

Partial Availability and Notifications
Visual icons provide granular details on rate plan availability.
- Exclamation Mark Icon (!): Indicates partial availability. The room is available in some, but not all, rate plans for that date.
Detailed Tooltip: Hover the mouse over the Exclamation Mark to view the specific number of rate plans where availability is greater than zero.
