- CHM Dashboard: Centralized Channel Management interface.
- YieldPlanet Action: Direct activation of a recommendation within the YieldPlanet platform.
- Extranet Redirection: Mandatory navigation to the OTA's native portal for specific actions.
Managing Booking.com Opportunities
Hoteliers can view and manage tailored revenue suggestions from Booking.com directly within the YieldPlanet ecosystem.
Access Methods
- CHM Dashboard: Select the Booking.com icon to view property-specific suggestions.
Setup Menu: Navigate directly to Setup Opportunities.
Interaction Types
- Take Action: Allows the user to activate the opportunity immediately within YieldPlanet.
- Take Me There: Redirects the user to the Booking.com Extranet for actions that require native OTA authentication.
Multi-Account Support
YieldPlanet supports the management of multiple Booking.com accounts associated with a single CHM account, allowing for centralized opportunity oversight across different property IDs.
Managing Airbnb Opportunities
Airbnb opportunities function through a workflow synchronized with the Booking.com implementation to ensure a consistent user experience.
